Prior to our session, I will ask you to start keeping a food log of everything you eat. You can make notes on your phone, write it on paper or I can recommend an app. Personally, I use Carb Manager almost daily. It can be as detailed or vague as you wish. I just need to know what you’re eating on a regular basis so I can get a complete picture. I also need you to note what time you first eat or drink something (other than water or tea) in the morning and when you have your last food or drink at night.

I will also ask you to gather any thyroid lab results you may have and what thyroid medications you are taking, if any. If you want or need to have labs drawn, I have a trusted PA here in Oklahoma City to recommend.

Our session will last between 45 minutes to an hour. I will follow up in a week, or 2, depending on what we decide, with a text to see how everything is going. If you so choose, we can continue doing sessions with follow ups in between at a frequency you are comfortable with until you meet your goals.

You can call or text anytime. I am available in the evenings and will answer as soon as I can.
